    Holiday Season Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes - fill your home with the scents of fall and winter naturally with these amazing, uplifting diffuser recipes.

    Essential oils diffuser, essential oils, cinnamon sticks, cloves, herbs and fresh lemons. this RECIPE

    Enjoy the holiday season with your essential oil diffuser!

    If you don't have an essential oil diffuser in your home yet, get to it. They are AMAZING for the home for so many reasons.

    Air fresheners, wall plug-ins and scented candles are no good. I used those over 15 years ago, but stopped using them when I found out how dangerous they are. They are full of toxic chemicals!

    There is a much better way friends! Diffusing essential oils in your home is a safer, non-toxic way to enjoy amazing scents in your home {plus some cool benefits too - like uplifting the mood, supporting the immune system, helping with motivation and focus, etc.}.

    Essential Oils and Diffusers

    Diffusing essential oils makes your home smell AMAZING, but that's not the only thing it does. When you use therapeutic-grade essential oils, you can reap some pretty awesome benefits too.

    I have four different diffusers that I use daily in my home {I actually had five diffusers, but I gave one to my daughter's teacher to use in their classroom daily}. Four diffusers might seem like a lot, but if you already use a diffuser, you know how amazing they are. I use one in our bathroom/master bedroom, one in our main living area, one in my daughter's bedroom and one in our kitchen.

    I keep my TheraPro Premium Diffuser {newer model is available through Young Living} in my main living area or in the bathroom/master bedroom. It's an atomizing diffuser, one of the most advanced diffusers. Atomizing or nebulizing diffusers help provide therapeutic healing benefits of essential oils by creating a super fine mist in the air. They do not use water to diffuse, they just emit airborne particles of essential oils.

    I use my Home Diffuser {available through Young Living} in my daughter's bedroom. I gifted my second home diffuser to my daughter's teacher for his classroom. She loves having it in her room and her school classroom. She loves to diffuse citrus blends and calming blends in her bedroom. The citrus blends have been helpful for uplifting the mood in mornings and the calming blends have been helpful at bedtime.

    She also loves to come home from school and tell me which essential oils her teacher decided to diffuse that day. This diffuser is easy to move around the house if needed. Sometimes we bring it outside to diffuse when we're hanging out in our backyard and there's lots of mosquitos flying around.

    I also use and love my Dewdrop Diffuser {pictured above, available through Young Living} daily. I use this diffuser in my kitchen/dining/family room area. This one is always on in the mornings to help boost, wake up and uplift moods. My girls love picking out citrus oils for this in the morning. I also have it running during the day when I'm working or cooking.

    I also have a Travel Fan diffuser {available through Young Living} that I use in both my car and my husband's car. It's awesome because it's portable, small, and you can travel with it.

    When choosing a diffuser, make sure to look for nebulizing/atomizing or cold-air diffusers, since anything that heats the oils can potentially decrease the beneficial properties of the essential oils. There are some great ones available online. This InnoGear Portable Cool Mist diffuser and this Spa Vapor diffuser are some of the most affordable ones on Amazon that I could find.

    I love and ONLY use Young Living therapeutic-grade essential oils for my family, here's why.  Essential oil diffuser with essential oils, cinnamon sticks, cloves, herbs and fresh lemons.

    Holiday Season Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes

    Enjoy your diffuser and fill you home with the cozy, warming, and inviting scents of fall and the holiday season!

    EO = Essential Oil

    These recipes are meant to be used in a cold-air diffuser. Most cold-air diffusers require water as well. I use about 3-12 drops {single drops total} of essential oils per use in this type of diffuser. If you're using an atomizing diffuser like I do, you can make up a blend in a clean bottle to diffuse {it's super easy, just use the ratios of essential oils}. If you don't have all of the essential oils, use what you have. The possibilities are endless. The essential oils I am referring to in these recipes are exclusively Young Living.
