It’s truly so easy to make. All you need is a few simple ingredients. There’s no need to buy those store-bought versions that are full of sugars and food coloring. There’s really nothing healthy about those drinks. Yes, they work for restoring electrolytes, but at what cost?
Using natural Celtic sea salt is a much better alternative when it comes to hydrating, replenishing and restoring. Used with raw honey, hibiscus and some fresh citrus juice, you’ll have a healthy, nourishing electrolyte drink.
