Ingredients

Cinnamon Pear:

Orange Pomegranate:

  • 2 small organic oranges - sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 organic pomegranate - arils removed, white pith discarded

Apple Cinnamon Pomegranate:

  • 2 organic apples - cored and sliced
  • 1 organic pomegranate - arils removed, white pith discarded
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks

For the Infused Waters:

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce and prep as needed. 
  2. Add the fruit or fruit and cinnamon sticks to large pitcher or 8-cup mason jar. Top with filtered water. Add the optional sea salt and trace mineral drops. Allow to steep for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator if you prefer chilled water.
  3. Serve as is or with crushed ice.  

Notes

  • Storage: Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days. 
  • For the pomegranate flavors, if you'd like a little extra pink hue for the water, use your fingers to pop several of the pomegranate arils allowing the juice to go into the water. If you have kids, they love to help do this.
