I love holiday-inspired cheesecakes, Instant Pot cheesecakes, cheesecake ice cream, cheesecake cookies, cheesecake popsicles, cheesecake muffins - you get the picture.
Although all of those cheesecake treats are healthier versions, they're still not something that I can easily make often.
So what to do?! Make a super delicious, perfectly sweet, smooth and creamy, high protein raspberry cheesecake smoothie!
This 6 ingredient smoothie is full of nourishing, real food ingredients.
You won't find any processed ingredients or refined sugar in this smoothie. This smoothie is all about nutrient dense, whole foods.
Most people tend to reach for low fat or fat free foods, but folks, there is a better way.
I grew up in the 80's, a time when everything was fat-free this and low-fat that. That's what I ate for many years, so I get it. But we have been fed false information for so many years about fat.

Creamy, indulgent, sweet and tangy goodness, this High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie makes the perfect breakfast or snack. Pretty and pink and naturally sweetened, this healthy smoothie has 6 simple ingredients and is so refreshing and sure to please.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water, coconut milk or milk of choice
- ½ cup organic whole milk cottage cheese
- 10 oz frozen organic raspberries
- 1 to 2 tablespoon raw honey or organic maple syrup - OR - ¼ teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed ice - made from filtered water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until fully combined and smooth.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
- This is delicious topped with homemade coconut whipped cream or homemade whipped cream.
- If your blender isn't a high powered one, you might need to add an additional ½ cup of coconut water, coconut milk or milk of choice to get it to blend.
