Stay hydrated and treat yourself to a glass or two of Festive Healthy Infused Water during the colder months or at holiday gatherings. With these 3 delicious and easy recipes, you won’t be struggling to get your daily water intake in.
Staying hydrated is so important!
Make yourself a bunch of batches of flavorful and refreshing, FESTIVE HEALTHY INFUSED WATER to keep you hydrated during the colder months and during holiday festivities.
It’s so easy to forget about staying hydrated when the weather gets colder.
So many of us are super busy this time of the year, rushing around getting ready for the holidays. Since it’s not super hot outside, it makes it really easy to forget that we need to drink water.
I know it’s easy for me to forget. I have to portion my daily water intake into quart mason jars every day so I don’t forget to drink my water. Otherwise, I forget.
It’s easy to get kind of bored with plain water, especially when it’s cold outside.
You can easily solve that! There’s nothing more satisfying than festive healthy infused water!
This time of the year everyone is making holiday cookies, peppermint goodies and sweet treats, planning holiday menus and getting ready to serve guests at holiday parties.
Often hot chocolate is served or fancy holiday drinks, but they’re not always kid-friendly and they’re almost never hydrating.
We need that good ole water to keep us hydrated, but also to help our body detox and flush all of those indulgent foods out.
The best way to do that, and still feel like you’re getting a special treat, is by serving and treating yourself to this delicious festive healthy infused water.
You can easily make up a big batch for just you or your family daily. You can also woo your guests and serve this at holiday parties. Just break out the fancy glasses!
The best part is this drink is for everyone!
The whole family can enjoy this drink and no one will feel left out! So enjoy this delicious water throughout the winter months and make sure to serve some at holiday parties and New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Festive Healthy Infused Water

Festive Healthy Infused Water {3 Recipes!}
Stay hydrated and treat yourself to a glass or two of Festive Healthy Infused Water during the colder months or at holiday gatherings. With these 3 delicious and easy recipes, you won't be struggling to get your daily water intake in.
Ingredients
Cinnamon Pear:
- 2 organic pears - cored and sliced
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks
Orange Pomegranate:
- 2 small organic oranges - sliced and seeds removed
- 1 organic pomegranate - white pith discarded, arils removed
Apple Cinnamon Pomegranate:
- 2 organic apples - cored and sliced
- 1 organic pomegranate - white pith discarded, arils removed
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks
For the Infused Waters:
- 6-8 cups filtered water
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- optional (<-- this is my favorite sea salt)
- Trace mineral drops - optional
Instructions
- Wash all produce and prep as needed.
- Add the fruit or fruit and cinnamon sticks to large pitcher or 8-cup mason jar. Top with filtered water. Add the optional sea salt and trace mineral drops. Allow to steep for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator if you prefer chilled water.
- Serve as is or with crushed ice.
Notes
- Storage: Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
- For the pomegranate flavors, if you'd like a little extra pink hue for the water, use your fingers to pop several of the pomegranate arils allowing the juice to go into the water. If you have kids, they love to help do this.

I don’t drink alcohol so I try to always have some kind of mocktail for the holidays so I don’t feel left out. This is perfect!
Same here! I love that you do the same. 🙂
These drinks are so pretty! I don’t drink alcohol so I always appreciate a festive water!
Thanks so much Linda! Me too – it’s so nice to have fun drinks for those of us who don’t drink alcohol. 🙂
I want to try all of them — but especially the Orange-Pomegranate!
That’s my favorite 😉
Love this! I need to pimp out my waters more often.
LOL 🙂 I hope you get to make some!
I really love this idea Emily! So handy as I’m not a big drinker and I loathe soft drinks! You’ve made them look so pretty too.
Thanks so much Monique! 🙂 I hope you get to make some.
Such a great idea to make water more fun!
Thanks so much Jessica! 🙂
You make such a good point, that most holiday drinks are not hydrating. Plus, for me, they can be too filling. I love that simple is best sometimes, and this totally hits the mark, so lovely and simple and love that sea salt! How appealing at a gathering!
Right? I think it’s so easy for us to forget when we’re enjoying the other drinks – but we also need the hydrating ones. I bet you could make them festive for you without the fruit and use some herbs instead. 🙂 xo
These are fantastic recipes for drinking more water and they look festive and pretty! I think my eyes would be very happy to find a pitcher of infused water in my fridge!
Thanks Daniela! 🙂 That’s the best part! It’s like a treat to yourself.
I love your variations – they sound delicious! I agree with the busyness and colder weather, it is so easy to forget about drinking water and staying hydrated!
Thank you Dina-Marie! It really is easy to forget isn’t it? Happy holidays to you. 🙂

These are perfect! The orange pomegranate sounds lovely! shared on fb.
Thank you so much! 🙂
It’s so hard to remember to stay hydrated during the holidays when we’re all so busy, and often, drinking more dehydrating beverages than normal! I usually make water like this when I have parties and I find people do drink so much more of it than regular water!
That’s so true about serving it at parties, this kind of water goes so much faster. 🙂
They all look delicious, but especially the cinnamon pear version!
Thank you Kari! 🙂
Love the festive colors! And yes, hydration is so key. So many people are walking around feeling terrible this time of the year and and they’re dehydrated (and probably low blood sugar from all the sugar too!)
So true! 🙂
I love how healthy and festive all of these drinks are! No one will feel left out of the holiday cheer!
Thank you! They’re so much fun. 🙂
YUM! Thanks for sharing. We are making the orange pomegranate one for our holiday dinner.
I hope you enjoyed it! 🙂
